Freakonomics has a link to an interesting study about the relation between living abroad and creativity. Basically, if you have lived abroad, there’s a positive correlation with solving creative tasks. (And before you go patting yourself on the back for being worldly, if you’ve only traveled abroad, that actually had a negative correlation with the creative tasks!)
